After years, anxiety is my true trust source, she never abandoned me, and that’s a treasured bond. Also, my anxiety keeps being the one not disappointing me after all... Oh well, how can you manage anxiety and mindfulness? Turning the power to be mindful, far from just calm drops or awareness holders, but always a kind of spiritual place that you are coming back for confidence and focus. That shift into passions it’s a known benefit, but adding art and writing, just like therapies, these are not the cause, but important mediums of support for emotional workout and creativity development. With full drawing and colouring of bettering techniques in this collection, each line, contour, white or dark space is not left in vain.
