Sometimes called the Asia-Pacific War, it was the theater of World War II fought between the Empire of Japan and the Allies in East and Southeast Asia, the Pacific and Indian Oceans, and Oceania. In the selection and analysis of the main ideologies, among those that guided the Japanese war effort, I will be guided by my table “Seven Pillars of the Art of War”, attached to my book “Art of War of Napoleon Bonaparte”, published in 2021. I used the boardgame “A World at War” by GMT Games. In this and other historical simulations I do not decide my hypotheses based on the ideology and/or morals of one side or the other; I am a Republican and a Democrat; I am against extremism and prejudices of any kind; I do seek to study political, strategic, military strategic, operational strategic and/or tactical variants. The Japanese hypothesis to be tested is a combination of the possible hypotheses described in this book in my Historical Analysis chapter.
